 Faculty of Health Science Annual Research Day
The Faculty of Health Science will be hosting its annual
Research Day aimed at giving its academic staff and
post-graduates students the opportunity to showcase their research
findings. It will be held on two days, the 21 and 22 August,
from 08h00 at the New Auditorium, Medunsa Campus. On
the first day,Professor Enrich Raubenheimer is
expected to elaborate about researches developed under his guidance,
where else Professor Jeffrey Mphahlele will deliver
a keynote address on the last day. The primary goal is to encourage
academics and post-graduate students at masters and doctoral level to
pursue their research with dedication and distinction.
The event will be concluded by a Gala Dinner, of
which Professor Salim Karim, President of MRC and
also Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal
and Director of CAPRISA is expected to be the Guest
Speaker.
