 Accountancy Public Lecture
The School of Accountancy will on the 27 September host an honourable
Public Lecture by Prof Wiseman Lumkile Nkuhlu
based on ‘The role of Auditors and
Accountants in Corporate Governance and the impact of their
activities in growth and Development of the country’. Prof
Nkuhlu is currently the Chancellor of the University of Pretoria and
the former Economic Advisor to the President of the Republic of South
Africa. He is the first ever Black African to qualify in 1976 as
Chartered Accountant.
The lecture will be held at Onkgopotse Tiro Hall from 17h30.
Accountancy Students are advised to attend.
