MASTER OF LAWS [LL M]

The degree may be conferred on an approved legal topic.

Admission

To be admitted to the LL M programme, a candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • LLB UG or an equivalent four year law degree. A candidate should have at least 60% aggregate for his/her modules in his/her preceding degree.
  • be in possession of an equivalent foreign qualification as graded by the SAQA

Submit a properly motivated proposal of the work for the approval by the School Senior Degrees Committee and Faculty Senior Degrees' Committee
