The course B. Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

A candidate must comply with the conditions and meet the selection criteria as determined by the Department. Until the Further Education and Training Certificate is implemented in the school system and incorporated into tertiary education institutions, the following selection criteria should be conformed to:

Only candidates with a minimum Swedish rating scale of eight (8) will be considered. Only students who obtain at least symbols E on Higher Grade and a C on Standard Grade in any two of the following subjects, Mathematics, Physical Sciences and/or Biology will be considered.

The Swedish rating scale is as follows:

As soon as the FETC is implemented in the school system and incorporated and accepted by tertiary institutions, the following minimum selection criteria will be followed:

Note that selection interviews will be held for all applicants who meet the selection criteria and these interviews will take place during January of each academic year.

For practical reasons only a limited number of applicants can be admitted to the degree programme.
