Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Sustainability Accounting and Management is open to candidates with DCom or PhD degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, environmental management, or related fields. Candidate's research interest must be in any of the sustainability accounting & management research. A Post-Doctoral candidate must show evidence of research bias through any of the following: recent publication in a peer reviewed journal, conference papers in recognized conference proceedings, conference papers presented, or working papers in progress.

The fellowship carry a value of R250 000 per year for a period of two years, renewable at the discretion of the SoA Management and, on condition that the scholar produces at least 3 articles per year in a DoHET accredited journal.
