ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
In addition to the University General Admission Requirements that guides admission for study at the University for the first entering students, the following applies for entry into this programme:
- Honours degree or equivalent qualification at NQF level 8.
- An average of 60% pass in previous degree.
- At least two years working experience/managerial experience
- Matriculation mathematics or statistics in at a degree level
- A detailed CV
- Letter of support from the employer
- Candidate will be required to undergo a selection interview and assessment, as deemed necessary by the selection committee of the school
The programme is offered on the TURFLOOP CAMPUS as Full Time Contact. It has a two years curriculum and is pitched at the NQF exit level 9
The Master of Development and Planning (MDEV)
General Admission Requirements that guides admission for study at the University for the first entering students, the following applies for entry into this programme:
- Honours degree or equivalent qualification at NQF level 8.
- An average of 60% pass in previous degree.
- Relevant experience within a development management context will be an added advantage.
- Candidates are also required to submit:

- Letter from the employer confirming that they will be allowed to attend classes.
The programme is offered on the TURFLOOP CAMPUS as Full Time Contact. It has a one year curriculum and is pitched at the NQF exit level 9
The Master of Public Administration Management (PAM)
In addition to the University General Admission Requirements that guides admission for study at the University for the first entering students, the following applies for entry into this programme:
- Honours degree or equivalent qualification in Public Administration or related field at NQF level 8.
- An average of 60% pass in previous degree.
- Candidates are also required to submit:

Short Learning Programmes (SLPs)
The Executive Management Programme Certificate
Admission requirements: A bachelor’s degree or National diploma and approximately six years relevant management experience in the public or private sector
The Senior Management Programme Certificate
Admission requirements: A post senior certificate qualification (degree or diploma) and at least three years management experience in the public or private sector
The Management Development Programme Certificate
Admission requirements: A Senior Certificate and practical administration and or management experience in the public or private sector

The handling fee for online applications is R200 for South African applicants and R750 for international applicants.

The Centre caters for learners navigating multiple disabilities, and it is equipped to cater to the unique needs of our students. Ours is to create a learning environment that prepares our students to emerge as impactful leaders in the African continent.
Our centre operates six service areas that provide specific learning resources: Reception, Administration, Audio-braille library, Braille services area, Information & Technology and Orientation & Mobility services.
