The University wishes to inform all students that a set of official forms has been introduced to assist those experiencing financial challenges, including a lack of funding or outstanding student debt, to regularise their registration for the 2026 academic year.
The following forms are available for use, depending on a student’s specific circumstances:
a) ULOSD02 University of Limpopo Postgraduate Student Acknowledgement of Debt form
b) ULOSD01 University of Limpopo Acknowledgement of Debt form
c) Non-compliance with debt settlement terms Appeal form
These forms are intended to support students who are unable to fully settle their outstanding fees at registration and require formal arrangements or appeals to be considered.
