University of Limpopo Women’s Day Online Webinar

The Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership (TGSL), located at the University of Limpopo (UL)’s Edupark Campus (Polokwane), warmly invites staff, students, alumni, and members of the public to participate in a thought-provoking online webinar in celebration of Women’s Day. This important event seeks to honour and recognise the remarkable achievements and invaluable contributions of women throughout history, while also creating a platform for engaging and meaningful dialogue focused on fostering inclusive and equitable workplaces.

Scheduled for Thursday, 27 August 2026, the webinar will take place from 17:00 to 20:00 via Google Meet, allowing participants to join from the comfort of their own spaces. The session will feature two distinguished guest speakers: Ele Tshikoyhi, the Group Manager for Transformation at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), and MG Mogashoa, the Chief Executive Officer of Mankweng Tertiary and Academic Hospital. Both speakers will deliver inspiring presentations on the theme, “Transforming Workplace Culture for Inclusivity.

Their discussions will delve into the critical importance of embracing diversity, promoting equality, and creating dynamic environments in which every individual has the opportunity to flourish. Attendees can look forward to engaging discussions and practical perspectives aimed at advancing inclusive leadership practices as well as transforming organisational culture.

Moreover, this webinar provides a unique opportunity for all participants to reflect on their own roles, as well as the responsibilities of their respective institutions, in driving meaningful and sustainable change within the workplace.
