Your Support Hub: Reakgona Disability Centre (RDC)
The Reakgona Disability Centre (RDC) is your home on campus—a Centre of Excellence dedicated to supporting students with disabilities to survive, adapt, and thrive academically and socially.
How RDC Supports You
- Reasonable accommodation (extra time, accessible venues, priority registration, caregivers, transport)
- Assistive technology (JAWS, ZoomText, digital recorders, talking calculators)
- Accessible learning materials (Braille, large print, audio, accessible PDFs)
- SASL interpreting services for Deaf students
- Orientation & mobility training for blind and partially sighted students
- Inclusive facilities (ramps, lifts, accessible toilets & pathways)
